The current situation of hypertension in primary management in Er-qi District of Zhengzhou city in real world

Abstract：Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of hypertension in primary management, explored the methods of chronic disease management in Er-qi District of Zhengzhou City in real world.Methods using random cluster sampling method, residents of ≥35 years old in Er-qi District of Zhengzhou City were included (who were lived here more than 6 months).Results A total of 15 258 participants (7 744 male and 7 514 female) were investigated.Which included 2 122 people with hypertension, 1 888 with predispose to hypertension, 1 019 with suspicious patients with hypertension, 10 229 with general population.678 people with hypertension (33.3%), 53 people with predispose to hypertension (2.8%),37 with suspicious patients with hypertension (3.6%), 121 with general population (1.2%) among bring into chronic disease patients were 889.Chronic disease management ratio was 85.0% of age ≥55 years old, body mass index (BMI)≥24 kg/m2 management ratio was 65.5%, family history of hypertension management ratio was 49.9%.There were significant differences among age、BMI、family history of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension bring into chronic disease patients were low in Er-qi District of Zhengzhou City.We ought to strengthen management, and propose suggestions for improvement of chronic disease management methods.
