Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with reperfusion arrhythmia induced by intravenous thrombolysis. Methods The clinical data of 60 AMI patients treated by intravenous thrombolysis in Aviation General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The ECG, myocardial enzymes and other indexes were compared before and after treatment to determine the incidence of reperfusion arrhythmia. Results After thrombolytic therapy, the recanalization rate was 85% (51/60).Vascular recanalization patients gave priority to with accelerated ventricular rhythm, accounting for 74.51%.There were 25 cases (75.76%) of accelerated ventricular rhythm in 33 patients with anterior wall infarction, and 13 cases (48.15%) of accelerated ventricular rhythm in 27 patients with inferior wall infarction.Sixty cases gave priority to ventricular arrhythmia, and had no relation with the location of myocardial infarction. Conclusion Reperfusion arrhythmia after intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction gives priority to accelerated ventricular rhythm, and is not related to the location of myocardial infarction. It can be used as an indirect index.
