Abstract：Objective To explore the relevant influence factors of the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor and countermeasures.Methods The risk events that affect the managment quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Weighting analyze of the risk factors was used by Delphi method, and some corresponding strategies were put forward and then carried out from 2013.The incidence of all kinds of adverse events that affect the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor between 2010-2012 (group A) and 2013-2015 (group B) was compared.Results The incidence of all kinds of adverse events in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.01).Conclusion After putting forward the corresponding strategies on the risk factors that affect the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor, the incidence of adverse events in management significantly decreased, while the management quality of assisted reproductive technology by donor significantly increased, which powerfully ensure the clinical working.
