The application value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration.Methods Seventeen patients with pulmonary sequestration treated by operation and pathology or DSA test in Nanyang Central Hospital from January of 2010 to January of 2016 were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The results of X-ray diagnosis and CT diagnosis were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray was 29.41%, and the accuracy of CT was 94.12%.The diagnostic accuracy of CT was significantly higher than that of X-ray (P<0.05).All the patients had abnormal density of lung mass, all the lesions were concentrated in the basal segment of the lower lobe of the left or right lung, the CT signs of the patients were different, and the abnormality edge of the tumor and lung tissue could be clearly displayed.Conclusion The accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration is high, which can clearly show the pathological changes of lung tissue.It can provide effective evidence for clinical treatment and has strong clinical applicability.It is worthy to be further popularized and applied.
