Transurethral endo-incision of seminal colliculus by seminal vesiculoscopy in the treatment of ejaculatory duct obstruction and hemospermia syndrome

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of transurethral endo-incision of seminal colliculus by seminal vesiculoscopy in the treatment of ejaculatory duct obstruction and hemospermia syndrome.Methods Eighteen patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction and 22 patients with hemospermia syndrome received transurethral endo-incision of seminal colliculus by seminal vesiculoscopy, and the data were analyzed to observe the incision therapeutic effect.Results In all the cases followed up more than six months after TUEISC, semen volume increased in 15 patients with ejaculatory duct obstruction (83.3%), and sperm could be found in 11 cases (61.1%).Hematospermia disappeared in 18 cases of patients with hemospermia syndrome (81.8%), and 4 cases were ineffective (18.2%).Conclusion TUEISC has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of ejaculatory duct obstruction and hemospermia syndrome with simple operation, safety, less complications and so on.
