Application of spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis

Abstract：Objective To analyze the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Method Seventy patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Zhoukou People's Hospital from January of 2013 to December of 2015 were selected as the objects of study, and all patients' spiral CT examination results were analyzed effectively.Result The total detection rate of acute pancreatitis with spiral CT was 92.9%, acute edematous pancreatitis detection rate was 90.9%, and acute necrotizing pancreatitis detection rate was 96.2%.Conclusion Spiral CT can provide a more intuitive diagnostic data for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis, with high accuracy, which is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis.
