The effect of nursing intervention on treatment effect and quality of life of patients with second degree burn

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on quality of life and treatment of second degree burn patients.Methods 50 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group in the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu City from March of 2014 to April of 2015, 25 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional burn care, observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The quality of life and the curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The second degree burn patients were given nursing intervention, the clinical effect was significant, and the quality of life of patients improved significantly after nursing.
