Analysis on the efficacies of continuous high -volume hemofiltration in the treatment of severe sepsis patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

Abstract：Objective To analyze the efficacies of continuous high -volume hemofiltration in the treatment of severe sepsis pa-tients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.Methods 106 severe species patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, who were treated from January of 2012 to June of 2015,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,53 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were given conventional volume hemofiltration,and patients of treatment group were given continuous high -volume hemofiltration.Therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results There was no difference in mortality rate between two groups(P >0.05).After treatment,vital signs in two groups were improved,and APACHEⅡscore and MODS score in observation group were lower than control group(P <0.05).hemodynamic indicators were improved in both two groups before treatment(P <0.05),and the indicators were better than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of continuous high volume hemofiltration in severe species patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome is more significant.It can effectively improve the patient’s hemodynamics,stable vital signs,and deserves the clinical expansion.
