Effects of individualized nursing intervention on psychological status and postoperative recovery for gynecological patients with minimally invasive surgery

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of individualized nursing measures on psychological status and postoperative recovery of gynecological patients with minimally invasive surgery.Methods Three hundred patients diagnosed as hysteromyoma and underwent laparoscopic surgery were enrolled into the study from August of 2014 to July of 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospi-tal of Zhengzhou University.All patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The SAS score,SDS&nbsp;score and postoperative recovery were compared between two groups.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the interven-tion group were significantly lower than those of control group(P <0.05 ).The physiological status,physiological function, social function and physical pain scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05 ). Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing intervention is helpful to improve the negative psychological status and promote the postoperative recovery of the patients.
