Abstract:Objective To make a comparative study of cerebral blood flow dynamics and cognitive function in patients with different degrees of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 99 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected from October of 2014 to December of 2015 in Daliang Hospital of Shunde District, which were randomly divided into the mild risk groups, medium risk group and high risk group according to stroke risk rating scale (ESRS),38 cases in each group. The cere-brovascular dynamic indexes and cognitive function of three groups were measured. The detection result of the cerebrovascular dy-namic indexes and cognitive function were observed. Results The right middle cerebral artery flow velocity, basilar artery flow velocity in the high risk group were significantly different from the other two groups (P <0.05).The MoCA score of the high risk group was lower than the other two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The more severe the condition of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is,the higher the incidence of cognitive dysfunction, which shows cogni-tive dysfunction is related to the severity of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
