Abstract：Objective To explore the efficacy of electronic flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in the treat-ment of double ureter malformation with kidney stones.Methods The data 13 cases of double ureter malformation with kidney stones treated with electronic flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser in Xuchang Central Hospital from June of 2012 to June of 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The success rate for the first time was 92.3%(12 /13);the stone clear-ance rate was 84.61%(11 /13);the stone discovery rate was 84.61%(11 /13).All operations were successful except two pa-tients changed to percutaneous lithotripsy.The average operation time was 64 min (40 ~95 min),and the average length of hos-pital stay was 3 d (1 ~4 d).Conclusion Electronic flexible ureteroscope combined with holmium laser has a good effect in the treatment of double ureter malformation with kidney stones,and deserves the clinical expansion.
