Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of “pilot operation mode”for popularizing primary cardiopulmonary resusci-tation.Methods Propaganda and education of primary CPR was implemented in Shangqiu City and Xingyang City from May 1, 2014 to June 15,2014.6 test sites were selected and 20 volunteers were solicited for primary CPR training from July 1,2014 to July 1,2015.The theoretical knowledge and practical ability of primary CPR before and after training were assessed and com-pared.Results The assessment results of theory and practice after training in 6 test sites were better than before,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion “Pilot operation mode”for popularizing primary cardiopulmonary resuscitation was feasible.
