Observation of the efficacy of combined anterior -posterior approach in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture with posterior condylar fracture

Abstract：Objective To observe the the efficacy of combined anterior -posterior approach in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture with posterior condylar fracture.Methods 112 patients with complex tibial plateau fracture with posterior con-dylar fracture treated in People’s Hospital of Puyang from November of 2013 to December of 2014 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group,56 cases in each group.The control group accepted operation by surgery by anterior approach and the treatment group accepted operation by anterior -posterior approach.The operation effects were obeserved.Results The fracture healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The good rate of recovery in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of operation by combined anterior -posterior approach was significant in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture with posterior condylar fracture,with shorter fracture healing time,lower complication rate,worthy of promotion.
