Abstract：Objective To evaluate the imaging features (CT and MRI)of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas.Meth-ods 10 cases of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas were selected and confirmed by pathology.CT and MRI were per-formed and the clinical data were reviewed.Results Of 5 cases with CT examination,2 cases showed nearly the same proportion of solid and cystic part,2 cases with cystic as the main,1 case with solid as the main.Of 5 cases with MRI examination,2 cases showed nearly the same proportion of solid and cystic part,3 cases with solid as the main.The tumor boundary was relatively clear,and the envelope was complete.Conclusion When there is a solid mass with clear cystic in the pancreas and the paren-chyma shows different degree of enhancement,combined with the clinical data of patients,the diagnosis of solid pseudo papillary tumor of pancreas need to be considered.
