Analysis on dynamic changes of serum ubiquitin C -terminal hydrolase L1 in patients with mild head injury

Abstract：Objective To analyze the significance of serum ubiquitin C -terminal hydrolase L1 (UCH -L1)in patients with mild head injury and its relationship with the prognosis quality.Methods 30 patients with mild head injury treated in Tangxia Hospital of Dongguan from August of 2014 to July of 2015 were selected as the observation group.They were divided into group A and group B according to the negative and positive head CT results.30 healthy subjects with physical examination were took as the control group.The level of serum UCH -L1 was detected by ELISA method.The relationship between GOS -E scores and UCH -L1 level was analyzed,and the prognosis of patients were assessed.Results UCH -L1 level of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group (both A and B),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). UCH -L1 level of group A was significantly lower than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).GOS scores of goup A were lower than group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Serum UCH -L1 can be used as a biomarker for the identification of mild brain injury,and it has a certain refer-ence value for the prognosis of patients.
