Experimental study on Qingluoyin in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of Qingluoyin on the general status and inflammation index on complete Fre-und’s adjuvant(CFA)rat model of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods 30 female rats were selected and randomly separated into normal control group,model group,treatment group. After a week,the rats in treatment group were fed with the Qingluoyin principle. The pain and swell indexs of the rat feet were recorded and the levels of LI - 1 were measured. At last,the data were analyzed by analysis of variance and SNK - q test. Results Compared with model group,swelling degree was lower and the pain threshold was higher(P ﹤ 0. 05). The level of LI - 1 of the rats in treatment group was lower than the model group,and the dif-ferent was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Qingluoyin is an effective prescription in relieving symptoms caused by rheumatism.
