The study of T lymphocyte subsets in patients of systemic lupus erythematosus with pneumonia

Abstract：Objective To study the change of T lymphocyte subsets in patients of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with pneumonia,and the difference with the T lymphocyte subsets in immunocompetent pneumonia patients. Methods T Lymphocyte subsets of 20 SLE with pneumonia patients(SLE with pneumonia group),19 immunocompetent pneumonia patients(pneumonia control group),and 20 healthy subjects(healthy control group)were detected with flow cytometry and compared. Results Com-pared with pneumonia control group,the number of CD4 + T lymphocytes of SLE with pneumonia groups were lower,and the number of CD8 + T lymphocytes were higher,CD4 + / CD8 + ratio was lower(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion SLE patients with pneumo-nia was immunocompromised,which should be paied attention in the treatment.
