Abstract：Objective To study the significance of bone scan changes in the treatment of hypertrophic pulmonary osteoar-thropathy (HPO).Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of HPO treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Universi-ty from January of 201 1 to December of 201 1 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The surgery group:6 cases were turned from positive to negative,2 cases did not be improved.The comprehensive treatment group:1 2 cases were turned from positive to negative,5 cases did not be improved,1 case were turned from positive to negative and then to positive,2 cases were turned from negative to positive.Conclusion HPO early found by bone scan can help the early detection of primary tumors,and im-prove the early diagnosis rate and cure rate of lung cancer.The dynamic change of HPO status can reflect clinical curative effect in a certain extent.
