Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of limited fluid resuscitation in the early treatment of patients with ac-tive hemorrhagic shock. Methods 92 patients with active hemorrhagic shock treated in People’s Hospital of Nanxiong from June of 201 4 to June of 201 5 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional fluid resuscitation treatment, and observation group was given limited fluid resuscitation treatment. The clinical efficacies were compared. Results The infusion volume, hemoglobin level, mean arterial pressure (MAP)and prothrombin time (PT)in observation group were significantly better than control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).The TNF -αand IL -2 levels after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P <0.05).The complication rate and mortality in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of limited fluid resuscitation in the early treatment of patients with active hemorrhagic shock is significant. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, ensure blood supply to vital organs, reduce complications and improve the prognosis. It is worth promoting.
