The CT manifestations of ovarian granulose cell tumor

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and CT manifestations of ovarian granulosa cell tumor(OGCT) and improve the diagnostic and differential diagnostic ability.Methods The clinical characteristics and CT manifestations of 8 patients with OGCT confirmed by histopathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 8 cases were primary OGCT and all cases were solitary lesions,3 cases in left adnexa and 5 cases in right.All cases were round or ovoid mass.CT man-ifestations:The margin of all the tumors was clear.6 cases were cystic -solid lesions,and 2 cases were solid lesions.All cases were enhanced heterogeneous,5 cases moderately,2 cases significantly and 1 case slightly.The tumors were accom-panied by enlarged uterus and incrassated endometrium (n =5 ),ascites (n =3 ),1 with massive ascites.Conclusion OGCT has some specific CT manifestations.CT manifestations combined with clinical characteristics are helpful in the diag-nosis and differential diagnosis of OGCT.
