Clinical analysis of 16 lymphoma patients with paranasal soft tissue swelling as the first finding

Abstract：Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of lymphoma patients with paranasal soft tissue swelling as the first finding,and improve the early diagnostic rate.Methods The clinical data of 1 6 lymphoma patients with paranasal soft tissue swelling as the first finding were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main symptoms of 1 6 patients were paranasal soft tissue swelling,rhinocleisis,nasal discharge;CT scan showed thickened soft tissue in nasal ala and nasolabial sulcus.Pathologic ex-amination showed the majority of them were NK/T cell lymphoma.Conclusion Lymphoma with paranasal soft tissue swelling as the first finding is rare and prone to misdiagnosis,its clinical manifestation and imaging examination lack specificity,and the di-agnosis mainly depends on pathological examination.
