Application value of curved planar reformation of multislice CT in the diagnosis of choledochectasia

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of curved planar reformation of multislice CT in the diagnosis of cho-ledochectasia.Methods 20 patients with choledochectasia treated in the Central Hospital of Yanling County from December of 201 3 to October of 201 5.All the patients were examined by curved planar reformation of multislice CT.The diagnostic results were analyzed.Results The imaging rate was 1 00% in 20 patients with choledochectasia.Dilated common bile ducts and ob-structive position could be fully displayed,and the location accuracy was 1 00%.The diagnostic results of 1 8 patients were con-sistent with pathologic findings,and the qualitative accuracy was 90%.Conclusion Curved planar reformation of multislice CT have a good ideal application value in the diagnosis of choledochectasia.It can clearly display the form,location and the expan-sion degree of bile ducts,and deserves the clinical expantion.
