Application of intracranial pressure and multi -parameter monitoring in patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of intracranial pressure,multi -parameter monitoring in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 80 patients with severe traumatic brain injury treated in People’s Hospital of Xinx-iang City from April of 201 3 to April of 201 4 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received conventional therapy and guardianship,and the observation group received intracranial pressure,multi -parameter monitoring.The guardianship effects were compared.Results The observation group’s good rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05);death rate was lower than the control group (P <0.05).MABP,PaO2 in the observation group were lower than the control group (P <0.05);PaCO2 ,blood and intracranial pressure were not statistically different between two groups(P >0.05 ).The application time and dose of mannitol of the observation were significantly less than the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion The application of intracranial pressure,multi -parameter monitoring in the treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury is effectively,and dynamic fluctuations of patients’condition could be under-stood.It is worth promoting.
