Abstract:Objective To explore the preemptive analgesic effects of oxycodone on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 60 patients undergoing laparoscopiccholecy stectomy were randomized into two groups. The patients in the preemptive analgesia group(group A)were intravenously injected with oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg 30 minutes before surgery. The patients in the postoperative analgesia group (group P)were intravenously injected with oxycodone 0.1 mg/kg at the end of the surgery. The anal-gesic effect was evaluated by visual analog scale (VAS)score at 3,6,12 and 24 h after surgery. The side effect and the amount of analgesic drugs used postoperatively were recorded. Results VAS scores of group A were significantly higher than group P at 3,6, 12 and 24 h after surgery (P <0.05).Compared with group P,the number of patients who needed analgesic drugs in group A was significantly less(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference in nausea, vomit, trachea canula -extubated time between two groups. Conclusion Preemptive analgesia of oxycodone is effective and safe in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
