Abstract:Objective To analyze the surgical effect, postoperative rebleeding rate and mortality rate of intracerebral hemor-rhage patients with long -term use of aspirin. Methods 68 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in Xinxiang Central Hospital treated with craniotomy were chosed and divided into research group(long -term use of aspirin,36 cases)and control group(no use of aspirin,32 cases). The rebleeding rate, mortality rate and surgical effect of the two groups were observed and compared . Results The postoperative rebleeding rate, mortality rate of research group were 38.89%,33.33% respectively, higher than control group with 12.50%,9.38%.The postoperative Barteel index of research group was lower than the control group, and SSS score was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The postop-erative bleeding rate and mortality rate of intracerebral hemorrhage patients with long -term use of aspirin are higher, and the prognosis is poor.
