Application of two kinds of tracers in the identification of sentinel lymph node in endometrial carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of two kinds of tracers in the identification of sentinel lymph node in endometrial carcinoma.Methods 58 patients with endometrial carcinoma in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ undergoing operation were selected as the research objects.And they were divided into two groups by random table.29 cases in group A adopted activated carbon nano-particles suspension injection as a tracer while 29 cases in group B adopted methylene blue suspension injection as a tracer.The dyeing conditions of sentinel node (SLN)and the tracing time and the duration of two tracers in two groups were recorded.Re-sults The tracing time of group A was (16.22 ±3.28)s which was shorter than that of group B,and the tracing duration was (26.54 ±5.87)h which was longer than group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05);the detected ca-ses of SLN,number of lymph node,rate of discovery,accuracy,false negative rate were not significant different (P >0.05). Conclusion Activated carbon nanoparticles and methylene blue can both be used for the identification of SLN in endometrial carcinoma which is of guiding significance in confirming the dissection scope of lymph nodes,but the tracing time of activated carbon nanoparticles is relatively shorter.
