Abstract:Objective To analyze the significance of detection of anti -SSA /Ro52 antibody and its IgG subtypes in HCV in-fected individuals. Methods 60 HCV infected individuals,56 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),23 patients with sicca syndrome,60 healthy persons treated in Kaifeng Central Hospital from January of 201 2 to August of 201 4 were select-ed.Anti -SSA /Ro52 antibody was detected by linear western blot, and its IgG subtypes were detected by indirect ELISA meth-od.Results The positive rate of anti -SSA /Ro52 antibody and single positive rate of HCV infected individuals was higher than patients with SLE or sicca syndrome(P <0.05).There was no difference in the positive rate of IgG subtypes among HCV infec-ted individuals, patients with SLE or sicca syndrome(P >0.05).Conclusion Single positive expression of anti -SSA /Ro52 antibody is an important index for distinguishing whether HCV infected individuals suffered sicca syndrome.
