Effects of bailing capsules combined with haikunshenxi capsules in the treatment of chronic renal failure

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effects of bailing capsules combined with haikunshenxi capsules in the treat-ment of chronic renal failure.Methods 1 20 patients with chronic renal failure in Haifeng Pengpai Memorial Hospital from No-vember of 201 1 to November of 201 4 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the control group (treated with con-ventional therapy)and the observation group (treated with bailing capsules combined haikunshenxi capsules based on convention-al therapy),60 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 81 .66% and 58.33% respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).The levels of BUN,Scr,UPE after treatment were lower than before treatment in two groups,and the degree of decline in observation group was significantly higher than control group.The levels of Ccr in two groups were increased, and the levels of Ccr in observation group was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Bailing capsules combined haikunshenxi capsules could significantly improve the therapeutic effects. It deserves the clinical expansion.
