Abstract：Objective To explore the application effects of nano carbon tracer technique in the operation of differentiated thy-roid carcinoma.Methods From September of 201 4 to September of 201 2,1 00 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma were randomly selected.50 patients with nano carbon suspension were chosen as observation group,and 50 patients without nano car-bon suspension were chosen as the control group.The levels of serum PTH and calcium were compared 48 h prior to the operation and 48 h after operation.Results The incidences of hypothyrea and hypocalcemia in observation group were lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of hypopara thyroidism can be effectively reduced by using the nano carbon tracer technique in the operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
