Application values of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the ultrasonic evaluation of polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application values of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the ultrasonic e-valuation of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 25 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as observation group,and 25 patients with infertility due to other factors were selected as control group. The vascularization index( VI), blood flow index( FI),vascularisation flow index( VFI),ovarian volume and number of follicles were detected by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. The endocrine indexes of two groups were measured. Results VI,FI and VFI,ovarian vol-ume and number of follicles in observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P﹤0. 05). The levels of T,FSH,E2,PRL and P in observation group were higher than control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The application values of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the ultrasonic evaluation of polycystic o-vary syndrome were higher.
