Clinical efficacy of nasosinusitis syrup in the treatment of secretory otitis media

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nasosinusitis syrup in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Meth-ods 50 patients with secretory otitis media were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with nasosinusitis syrup,clarithromycin capsules,oral and nasal corticosteroid for 10 days. The con-trol group was treated with sinupret drops,clarithromycin capsules,oral and nasal cotristeroids for 10 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 89. 29% and 86. 20% respectively. There was no significant difference in the effective rates between two groups(P﹥0. 05). Conclusion Nasosinusitis syrup has a good effect in the treatment of secretory otitis media with high safety. It deserves the clinical expansion.
