Abstract:Objective To investigate the influences of rosuvastatin on serum cytoKines and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Guangzhou Hospital of TCM from May of 2014 to May of 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each. The control group was given con-ventional anti-heart failure treatment, observation group was given rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The serum cytoKine levels and cardiac function indicators were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the lev-els of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleuKin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). The lev-el of LVESV in observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0. 05);LVEF was significantly higher than control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin could regulate the levels of serum cytoKines, improve the cardiac function. It deserves the clinical expansion.
