Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle training on pelvic floor function. Methods 94 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction were divided into two groups,47 cases in each group. Observation group accepted pelvic floor muscle training(2 times per weeK,one treatment period lasting 5 weeKs),while control group accepted health education and postpartum exercise. Results The treatment efficiencies of pelvic floor muscle strength in observation group and control group were 66. 0% and 89. 4% respectively(P﹤0. 05). The treatment efficiencies of stress urinary incontinence were 59. 6%and 78. 7% respectively(P﹤0. 05). The treatment efficiencies of pelvic organ prolapse were 57. 4% and 74. 5% respectively ( P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle training could improve the pelvic floor muscle strength and effectively prevent the occurrence of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. It deserves the clinical expansion.
