Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of antologous stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods 86 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into conventional treatment group( control group)and or-thotopic transplantation group( observation group),43 cases in each group. The adverse reactions during the treatment were ob-served and CT image on the 10 th day after onset and 3 months later were scored by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)and the Alberta Stroke Program CT Score(ASPCTS). Results No severe adverse reaction happened in both two groups. NIHSS scores was reduced and ASPCTS scores was elevated in both groups after treatment(P﹤0. 05). NIHSS scores of observation group were lower and ASPCTS scores were higher than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion antologous stem cell transplantation could decrease the infract size, improve the neurological function and had an good efficacy in the treatment of ischemic stoke.
