Abstract:Objective To compare the differential diagnosis values between ultrasonic elastic atrain rate and gray-scale ul-trasonography in thyroid nodules. Methods 98 patients with thyroid nodules(132 nodules in total)treated in the First People’ s Hospital of Shangqiu were selected. All patients were given gray-scale ultrasonography and ultrasonic elestography. Diagnostic accuracies were compared. Results There were 99 benign nodules and 33 malignant nodules. Diagnostic accuracies of gray-scale ultrasonography, ultrasonic elastic atrain rate and combined detection were 74. 24%,75. 00%,84. 85% respectively. There was no difference of diagnostic accuracies between gray -scale ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastic atrain rate( P ﹥0. 05). Diagnostic accuracies of combined detection were higher than gray-scale ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastic atrain rate(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Gray-scale ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastic atrain rate had the equivalent differential di-agnosis values. Diagnostic accuracies of combined detection were higher.
