Abstract：Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum IL-1βand IFN-γin patients with spinal tuberculosis. Methods The serum IL-1βand IFN-γlevels in 38 patients with spinal tuberculosis and 40 healthy controls were detected by ELISA. Results Spinal tuberculosis group,serum levels of IL-1β and IFN-γ expression were significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion Detection of serum IL-1βand IFN-γ levels may be helpful in early diagnosing of spinal tuberculosis.
