Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of serum NT -proBNP,myocardial enzymes and A-PACHE Ⅳ scores in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 1 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction were se-lected from January of 201 0 to April of 201 0 in Citic Huizhou Hospital. All patients were evaluated by APACHE Ⅳ score system. According to APACHE Ⅳ scores, all patients were divided into group A (<1 0 points)with 36 cases, group B(1 1 ~20 points) with 46 cases and C group(>20 points)with 38 cases. The levels of serum NT -proBNP and myocardial enzymes(CK -MB, cTnI)were detected. The correlation between the levels of serum NT -proBNP,myocardial enzymes and APACHE Ⅳ scores was analyzed. Results The levels of serum NT -proBNP of group A,B,C were (1 872.61 ±1 052.25)ng/L,(1 0 234.65 ± 4 562.1 0)ng/L,(1 9 584.23 ±5 894.95)ng/L,and the differences were statistically significant (F =35.235,P <0.01 ). The levels of serum cTnI and CK -MB in the 3 groups were followed by group C >group B >group A.Person correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum NT -proBNP,CK -MB,cTnI were positively correlated with APACHE Ⅳ scores in patients with myocardial infarction (r =0.495,0.372,0.354,P <0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum NT -proBNP and cardiac en-zyme combined with APACHE Ⅳ scores could objectively reflect the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction.
