The expression and significance of NF -κB in B -cell lymphoma

Abstract：Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of NF -κB in B -cell lymphoma.Methods 57 patients with B -cell lymphoma and 34 patients with reactive hyperplasia of lymph node were selected as research subjects,sam-ples of lymph nodes were collected.The expression of NF -κB was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of NF -κB and clinicopathologic features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of NF -κB in pa-tients with B -cell lymphoma was significantly higher than that in patients with reactive hyperplasia of lymph node (P <0.05). The expression of NF -κB was correlated with the clinical stages,malignancy grade and IPI scores,but not with gender,age and the locations (P >0.05).Conclusion The expression of NF -κB was correlated with the occurrence and development of B -cell lymphoma.It may be one prognostic index of B -cell lymphoma.
