Abstract:Objective: To detect the anti-GzmB levels in serum of CWP and workers exposed to dust, provide a basis for the study of pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis. Methods:1 260 cases were selected and the expression levels of anti-GzmB in serum were detected by ELISA. Results: The OD value of GzmB in CWP group ( 1 . 478 ± 0 . 450 ) were higher than exposed group ( 1 . 325 ± 0 . 463 ) and control group ( 1 . 377 ± 0 . 430 ) , the differences were statistically significant ( P <0 . 05 ) . The OD value of GzmB in the first-stage pneumoconiosis patients with length of service less than 25 a was (1. 418 ± 0. 457), lower than patients with length of service more than 25 a(1. 534 ± 0 . 443 ) , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion:Anti-GzmB may be involved in the development process of CWP.
