Comparison of therapeutic effects between laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of gallbladder stones complicat-ed with bile duct stones

Abstract：Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects between laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones. Methods:88 patients with gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones treated in the First People’ s Hospital of Shan-gqiu were seleted and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 44 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic operation. The control group was treated with open operation. The therapeutic effects and complications were compared. Results: The operation time, length of stay in treatment group were shorter than control group,and the differents were sta-tistically significant(P<0. 05). The rate of complications in treatment group was lower than con-trol group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation was good for gallbladder stones complicated with bile duct stones with shorter operation time, less trauma and fewer complications. It deserved the clinical expansion.
