Study on application of determination of Hg in hair with micro-wave digestion-atom fluorescence spectrometry

Abstract：Objective:To explore the determination of Hg in hair with microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy .Methods:Hg in occipital hair at root from 0.5 cm to 2.5 cm was detec-ted after it was cleaned with neutral shampoo , dried and digested by microwave digestion .Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5, the recovery obtained was 94.1%~105.3%, and the relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 1.3%~6.4%.Conclusion: Microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was accurate , precise , sensitive , and suitable for quantitative analysis of Hg in hair.
