Methods:120 patients with benign breast mass in Nanjing Jiangbei People ’ s Hospital were select-ed and divided into observation group and control group .Observation group was treated with partial mastcctomy while control group was treated with minimally invasive breast operation .The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time, complications were compared between two groups . Results:There was no significant differences of operation time , intraoperative blood loss between two groups ( P>0 .05 ) .The healing time in observation group was shorter than control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The degrees of body satisfaction were 81 .7%in observation group and 51 .7% in con-trol group( P <0.05 ).The incidences of complications were 5.0% in observation group and 16.7%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Partial mastcctomy could reduce healing time and the incidences of complications , and has little impact on body shape in the treatment of benign breast mass , so it deserves the clinical expansion in the treatment of benign breast mass .
