Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinic results of the impr oved cesarean.Methods：The observations are made both during and after the im proved casarean operations of 180 cases and the results are compared with those of the lower part cesarean of uterus.Results：The analysis indicates that the operation duration, blood ing in operation, the farting time and the after-operation disease rate of the improved cesarean are significantly lower than those of the lower part cesarean 9 (P＜0.01).There is no significant difference between the two in the healing time.Conclusion：The improved cesarean exceeds the lower part cesarean
