Abstract：Objective：To give a estimation on modified abdomino -hysterectomy with transverse incrision.Methods：The modified abdomino-hysterectomy with transverse in crision was used to those who had indication of total hysterectomy.Results：Modified abdomino-hysterectomy with transverse incris ion excels traditional total hysterectomy in many ways,such as length of operati on,amount of bleeding and incidence rate of postoperative complication.C onclusion: It is easy to extend the operation type of modified abdomino -hysterectomy with transverse incrision.
