Clinical observation on urgently cured by bedside cardiac pacing per femoral veins
Abstract:Objective: To study a new method to treat severe bradyarrhythmia by emergency cardiac pacing.Methods:cases, All pacemaker electrodes were inserted through right femoral vein without x-ray, All hearts were urgently paced on bedside,The operation guided by body electrocardiogram.Results: The rate of electrode arriving was 97.5%, The rate of effctive pacing heart was 97.5%, All patients safely lived through danger period except 3 patient who died of non-pacing factors.Conclusion: The method has simple operating, rapid and stable effect, few complications, And it is depenbale way to cure severe bradycardia, suit the patients who need urgent pacemker and mustn't be moved.
