Study on the clinical application of the changing of cytokines and T sub-cells in the infection and incidence of tuberculosis
Abstract:Objective: To study the changing of the related cytokines and T sub-cells during the immune reaction of tuberculosis infection and to apply it to the clinical. Methods: Detecting the related immune indicators with ELISA APAAP and the one-way Agar immune diffusing methods respectively. Results: It increases that the T sub-cells.CD+3-cell,CD4+-cell,the level of SIL-2R,and the specific tuberculosis circular immune complex for tuberculosis infectious cases. But it decreases the CD4+-cell,the activity of IL-2,the expressing of mIL-2R and the TNF-α level, while CD8+-cell,SIL-2R and the IL-4,IL-10 level increase for tuberculosis cases and they increase more obviously when they are in progression than in improvement. Conclusion: It plays important roles in the immune reaction that IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,TNF-α,SIL-2R and T sub-cells.We can determine if they are in infection or incidence of tuberculosis and the changing of their situation according to the immune indicators mentioned above.
