Clinical observation of combined treatment of wiffordine, compound tanshine tablets and glucocorticoid on purpuric nephritis in children

Abstract：Objective: To analyse the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of wilfordine,compound tanshine tablets andglucocorticoid on puprpuric nephritis in children. Methods: 21 cases of patients were divided into two groups: treatment andcontrol. W wilfordine, compeund tanshine tablets and prodnisone were used in treatment group. In control group, only prod-nisone was used. Results: The cure rate was 20%, the effective rate 90% in treatment group; The effective rate was 45.5 % incontrol group,there was significant differences between the two groups( P＜0.01 ). Conclusion: The combined treatment ofwilfordine, compound tanshine tablets and glucocorticoid on purpuric nephritis results good.
