Effect of the multi-drug resistant tuberculosis treated by regimen containing capreomycin
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy regimen with Capreomycin Sulfate injected by intravenous dripon multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: The tuberculosis of multi-drug resistance were treated with capre-omycin, pasinizide, ofloxacin, rifampin compound and pyrazinamide for one year. Results: The rate of sputum negative conver-sion was 58.97% and 66.67% at the three months and the end of treatment course respectively. The rate of closing cavity was41.38%. Conclusion: Capreomycin was an effective drug injected by intravenous drip for pulmonary tuberculosis with multi-drug resistance. But the pain and lump were avoided in the injecting spots of skin. The acceptability was increased for the pa-tients.
