Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of interleukin-2(IL-2) and T cell-subsets levels of acute leukaemia(AL) patients. Methods: The changes of IL-2 and T cell-subsets levels of 30 acute AL patients were determined by using ELISA and fluores-cence immunological method and the comparison between the original cases and the controlled group was also made. Results:It was revealed that IL-2, CD3+ and CD4+ T cells of the patients were significantly lower than those of the control group. CD8+ Tcell was higher than that of the control group. IL-2, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells levels of the cured patients atlmost reeovered to normal. Conclusion: IL-2, CD3+ and CD4+ T cell-subsets can be used as the assitant index of diagnosis, and provide experimentalbasis for the clinic therapy.
