Significance of determination of urinary microalbumin、microtransferrin and activity of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy
Abstract:Objective: The index of early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy was studied. Methods: Urinary microtransferrin(mTRf) and microalbumin (mALb) were detected by enzyme immunoassay. The activity of N-aeetyl-β-D-glueosaminidase(NAG) was deteeed by eolourimetry. Results: The test of mALb higher and mTRf higher in eorrelativty( P < 0.01 ) and differenee (P < 0.05) were remarkable; The assay of mTRf higher and the activity of NAG in eorrelativity (P > 0.05) and differenee ( P > 0. 05) were remarkable. Conclusion: The determination of mTRf is more sensitive than mALb. It is suggested tocombine mALb、mTRf and NAG assays to yield more valuable informations.
